Turning The Watch ON and OFF

Press and hold the lower button for 2 seconds to turn your Martian watch ON or OFF. (If you have not updated the firmware, you will need to press both buttons on the left once to turn watch ON or OFF.)

A Green LED light will blink and display “MARTIAN” when the watch is turning ON.

A Red LED light will blink and display “Goodbye” when the watch is turning OFF.

Volume Control - Adjusting the Watch's Volume

• Press the lower button twice to get to Volume Menu Option.

• Then press the upper button to scroll through the the (4) volume levels and select from one of the levels listed below;

C: Clear Voice Audio, preferred option for conversation

1: Lowest audio volume for quiet discreet places

2: Medium audio volume

3: Loudest audio volume

Martian mVoice App - Download the Martian mVoice App to your Smartphone

The Martian mVoice App on your smartphone works together with your watch enabling you to select the notifications you want, create customized alert vibration patterns, set silent alarms and enable the world clock, weather, and other watch settings.

Go to App Store on your iPhone or Google Play on your Android smartphone to download Martian mVoice App.

Handling Phone Calls

Introduction:

Martian Voice Smartwatch allows you to view caller ID, accept call, ignore call and send to voice mail

Incoming Call:

The watch starts to vibrate, green LED light flashing, OLED displays caller ID or phone number, if contact is unknown.

Accepting a Call:

Press upper button to accept the call

Ending conversation:

Press lower button during conversation to end the call

Decline a Call:

Press lower button to decline the call, and send it to voicemail (if set up)

Mute Microphone:

Press and hold lower button during conversation to mute microphone. To un-mute press and hold lower button again.

Change Speaker Volume:

To change the Volume of a call on the Watch press the bottom button to set the preferred volume. The volume options are: Low (1), Medium (2), High (3) and Clear Voice (C).

At the Clear Voice (C) volume, a tap of the bottom button will cause the Watch to vibrate indicating that the Watch is at the Clear Voice setting. Tap the bottom button again to reach the Low (1) setting.

Handling Text Message

Introduction:

Martian Voice Smartwatch allows you to view incoming text messages from individual or group messaging (MMS not supported).

Incoming Text:

The watch will vibrate, blue LED light flashing, OLED displays name of the sender, or phone number with the text message.

Stop displaying Message:

• Press lower button to dismiss message

• Or, tap the watch glass to dismiss message

Review previous Message:

• Tap the watch glass within 5 minutes to view previous message

• Press both upper and lower button together once to recall message, then press upper or lower button to scroll through the messages. Martian app must be running in the background of your smartphone

Using Voice Command:

If your mobile device supports Voice Commands for reading text message, reply, sending Outgoing Text Messages, you can speak those commands into your watch. See your mobile device’s Voice Command instructions for the specific commands to use.

Using Voice Commands

Introduction:
Martian Voice Smartwatch has ability to access your mobile device Voice Command functions. The Watch essentially acts as a Bluetooth headset (remote speaker and microphone). All processing of the Voice Commands are done by the mobile device in the same manner that direct mobile device Voice Commands are processed.

Activate Voice Commands:

Press upper watch button once for Google Now or Siri, watch vibrates and green LED flashes once. You will hear a beep, and you can now speak your command.

Press and hold upper watch button for Alexa, watch vibrates and white LED flashes once, and OLED displays “Listening..”. Speak your command, and OLED changes to “Thinking..” and “Speaking..” when Alexa responses.

Ending Voice Commands:

Press upper watch button again, red LED light flashes once to indicate it has been terminated.

Note:
Because your watch is accessing your mobile device’s Voice Command features, it can only execute commands that your specific mobile device is capable of executing. See your mobile device’s Voice Command instructions to find out which commands it can accept.

Battery - Charging & Checking The Watch's Battery Level

Plug the charging cable into your computer’s USB port (or a power outlet via a USB wall charger adapter, which is sold separately).

For the 1st charge, let the watch charge over night or until the green LED light appears. To check the battery level, simply press the bottom button.

Full charge is reached in approximately 2-3 hours from a power outlet or
3-4 hours when charging from a computer.

RED LED Light – The watch is charging

GREEN LED Light – The watch is fully charged

CHECK BATTERY LEVEL

Press lower watch button to check your battery level.

A solid (all white) battery is displayed when fully charged. When the battery level reaches the “critical” stage, the red light on the watch will flash every 10 seconds until you press the bottom button to acknowledge.

Analog Time - Adjusting The Watch's Analog Time

Rotate the watch crown to set the time. When the desired time is set, push the crown back in until you hear a click. The watch’s analog movement is powered by a different battery than the one that provides the smartwatch features.

Using Music Mode with iOS Devices

Introduction:

Music Mode is currently only available with iOS devices. This option allows you to view what is playing (artist and song title) on the watch’s OLED, and also control the music player through “Pause”, “Play”, or “Skip song”.

Instructions:

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Music Mode”

• Press the upper button to Enter

• The watch will display your current song title,  press the upper button again to “Play”

• To “Pause”, press the upper button.

• Press and hold upper button to “Skip”

• Press lower button to deactivate Music Mode.

Using Camera Remote Control

Introduction:

Camera Mode allows you to use your watch as remote control to trigger your phone camera shutter. This option comes handy when you need to take group picture or self picture without holding your phone up.

Instructions for iOS devices:
• Open the Camera app on your iPhone

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Camera Mode”

• Press upper button to activate feature

• Compose your camera ready for the picture

• Press upper button to take single picture.

• Press and hold upper button to count down 3 seconds.

• Press lower button to deactivate camera mode

Instructions for Android devices:

• Unlock your Android phone

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Camera Mode”

• Press upper button to activate feature

• Compose your camera ready for the picture

• Press upper button to take single picture.

• Press and hold upper button to count down 3 seconds.

• Press lower button to deactivate camera mode

Using Light Mode

Introduction:

Light Mode comes handy when you in very dark condition, and need to have some source of light to see things.

Instruction:

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Light”

• Press upper button to turn “ON” LED Light

• Press upper button again to turn “OFF”

Using DND (Do Not Disturb):

Introduction:

Turning DND ON will stop all notifications that are currently sent to the watch. If you have alarms setup in the Martian App, you will still be alerted at the desired time.

Instructions:

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “DND”

• Press upper button to activate feature by checking the box

• Press upper button again to uncheck the box, and deactivates it

Using Stopwatch:

Introduction:

Stopwatch feature allows you to measure your task in a short period. It comes handy for keeping track of time in sport, games, events or more..

Instructions:

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Stopwatch”

• Press upper button to activate feature

• Press upper button again to stop the stopwatch

• Press and hold upper button to reset back to 00:00:0

• Press lower button to deactivate Stopwatch feature

Using Find Phone:

If you happen to misplace your phone within Bluetooth range to your watch, and it is still powered ON. This feature will help you to find your phone by activating your phone audio, even if it is on silent mode.

Instructions:

• Press the lower watch button repeatedly to get to “Find Phone”

• Press upper button to activate feature

• Your phone will play a bar of music for you to identify the location. You can reactivate this feature until your phone is found.
