All orders are processed in the order they arrive, and will be shipped within 2-3 business days. As we are not open on weekends, please keep this in mind if you are paying for expedited/overnight shipping.
We accept most major credit cards, and payment is made through Amazon Payments. Your card will be charged when you place your order, but you can cancel your order by contacting us through our contact us page. As orders will be shipped by 12PM PST daily (Monday to Friday), so as long we have receive your cancellation request before that, you will receive a full refund of your order to the original payment. If your request is received after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a 14-day return.
Martian Watches will keep you informed of any official changes or delays on your order. To ensure that you receive all official communications in regards to your orders, it is imperative that you keep a valid email account on file with Martian Watches and that you ensure that system-generated update emails from Martian Watches are not being sent to your junk or spam folders.
*For international shipments, please note that all prices exclude any VAT, GST or customs duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the taxes that are due upon delivery.
14 Days Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Martian Watch (“Product”) and you purchased directly from Martian Watches, you may return the Product within 14 days from delivered tracking date.
Within 14 days from the delivery date, Martian will gladly provide a FULL refund of the amount paid (in USD, at exchange rate at time of refund) if the product is returned unopened in its original* condition in its original packaging. To request a return, please click https://martianwatches.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new to create an RMA Online Form and make sure you select “Request A Return Within 14 days.”
We DO NOT refund any shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT, GST), credit card interest, and exchange rate differences are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges to attain a refund or exchange a product, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to and from Martian Watches.
The Product must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was shipped with the Product. Fees may apply, at Martian Watches’ discretion, if a returned package has any missing, dirty or damaged items. The RMA number must be included with the returned Product.
If you return Product to Martian Watches (a) without a Martian Watches RMA, (b) beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, (c) without proper packaging, or (d) dirty, Martian Watches retains the right to refuse delivery of such return, charge a 15% restocking fee, and/or reduce the amount of the refund, as allowed by law. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for Martian Watches to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
* We are unable to accept any return within 14 days if the product has scratches or has been damaged.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you have ordered merchandise via Martian Watches Website www.martianwatches.com and Martian has reduced the MSRP price of any item of merchandise (of the same color and SKU) in your order, then Martian is happy to process a price adjustment for you. Please note that you may only do so within seven (7) days of the date on which you placed your order. Martian offers price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the full MSRP price. Sale and discounted items are not eligible.
